    Who does the ratings

    Whoever uploads the file and submits the article rates it as they see it.

    I usually (not in this case) download and check GG's ebooks before approving post and may add comment to rating and would do the same if anyone else uploaded to this blog.

    If anyone disagrees with or has comments on a books ratings then please go for it and share them.

    The major reasons for including an "Image Rating" on my blog template is for those who are have had enough of downloading badly home scanned images compiled as PDF's that hardly scroll and would like to know that is what they are getting before they chose to download or not and also for the small number of downloaders who are looking to replace a version they already have with a better one.
    To get 9or9.5/10 the file needs to be as good as an Osprey PDF release.

    Thanks for great post as always! These are not large files and with them being available for free, let alone speedy with Mediafire, I would think no one has any room to question let alone bitch.
