"Fundamentals of Rotating clubs" are an attempt to Gray Cook and Brett Jones to provide the public system of rotation of the mace of Dr. Ed Thomas, with whom he was lucky to work together in this area.
This video aims to show the rotation of the clubs as the art of the body to rebuild and restore the principle of conscious movement in the culture of the modern "extreme" fitness to return to the body in an optimal state of balance.
In the past there were three systems of physical development - Combat, Restoration and Educational. Today the emphasis is on educational systems - games and sports - by which we are trying to achieve what we today call the gym. This desire to run faster or farther, or lift more weight takes our bodies out of balance.

In addition to reducing the function, the rotation of clubs brings undeniable benefits in developing mobility and integrity of the upper body and improves coordination of movements and just a fun pastime.
