This page shows you how to Submit article.
You can now Post your artile in Blog. Even you can
Post it in your Friends(Partner) Blogs.Its completly your choice what you decide. You are free to decide what you want.

OK. Lets here start
1. How to submit article in Blog.
You dont have any Blog yet? Not to worry. Create your own Blog. Its very easy.
a) Click In Menu "
Create blog"
Blog Title - In Top of your Browser You will see Title to Fill.
Now
Choose URL - Choose your Blog URL.
For
Blog Status - Choose
Open so that All User can read your Blog. But if you Choose "
Private "It will be closed for all user except for them whom you give permission through your blog admin cp. Ofcouse,you can allow permission to those users who wants to go through your Blog.
Blog Description - Here you need to write Description of your Blog.
When you have finished -
click button "
Create Blog"
Now We are done first Step.
Your Blog is created .
Next Step.
If you are in your Blog (
For example: my blog have url
http://softarchive.net/blogs/faq/) ,
In BLOG info You will see button. "
Submit Article" (See screenshot below).
Click.
Now u see form for submit article.
Title - Title of your article .
If you are submitting any Software,Software Version must be in title .
Kindly
Dont Use "
NEW!!" "
HOT" "
MUST GET" etc etc words. All article including these Title will be
removed without further notice.
FOR TEXT-see screenshot below! don't forget to add
And close all open bbcodes before
TAGS (seperated by comma) - Tags it's not "Title" of your Article but it is the description of your article in words
example: google, chrome, cd, dvd.
This is right .
But If you write "
Template monster S09284"
- it's not right! it's not Counted as TAG.
Send in category - If u want to see your
article in main page of SA check this box and choose category.
(
Don't forget that all your links must be contain prefix "
_softarchive.net)
If u Dont want your post in MAIN PAGE of SA -
do not check this box, Your article will be availavle
only in your blog.
SubCategory - you
MUST submit sub-categories for your article, it's easy -
DOUBLE click for select and sub-category will be added to tags area. Read F.A.Q. about it here:
HOW TO ADD SUB-CATEGORIES
Ok all done, Click- "
Preview", if you find everything OK after preview (check again before you hit SAVE BUTTON .)
Don't forget
If everything is allright, Hit SAVE BUTTON.
Click to Enlarge image:
Great.Now you can see your artilce
in your Blog.You
NOT Need to check Box AND Choose Category
to see your artilce in your Blog if you dont want.
But Remember, If you check MAIN PAGE, All article will be only validated by admin to fix it in MAIN PAGE.
Freequently asked Questions.
1- Why My Artilce is not Validated by Admin even though I have saved it for MAIN PAGE?
Simple Answer is
A- Might be your artilce has not good Views.
B- You forgot Prefix to add in your every Links.
C- Duplicate.
2 - What users will see if my blog status -
Private?
Answer - Users will see
only articles on main page BUT
NOT FULLY. All text after
-
hiden for all
UNCONNECTED users.
If user
connected - he will see
all blog content and
full text in any of blog articles.
2. How to submit your articles in any Blog.
Its not necessary that you must Post your Article using your Blog Only. You can submit your article to any of your Blog even if you
dont have your own Personal Bog.
The Process is very easy. Choose Blog and then
Contact with Blog admin via PM. If he agrees , you are done.
How to do that?
a) Open the Blog first. Click
[connect]. (See screenshot below; example with blog
http://softarchive.net/blogs/rzvblog/).
Then
if admin of this blog agree, he need to check
[admin cp] of own blog.
All own blogs available in MY BLOGS
In
[admin cp] need to find this settings and change it if need:
:
Submit Articles
Allowed - Any connected user can submit articles without your validate.
Only after validate - Any connected user can submit articles, but articles will shown in blog only after blog admin validate.
To validate news by users in own blog need click [n] (See screenshot below)
- users from User Group "User" can't submit articles to blog.
Rights for Group 'Moderator' have the same options.
What's the Difference Between User and Moderator?
Moderator can help to validate news in blog.
If you will set User as
Moderator, he will see this: (See screenshot below)
[m] it's mean - i'm moderator in this blog and i can validate
[n] news by users.
You can play with settings of your blog to understand it better.
b) Now
reload blog page, and after this u can see button "
Submit Article" Click (U must be in connected User blog page).
Next. see previous part of this article "
1. Submit article in your blog" what is
title and etc.
Great. You are done now. That Blog Admin with whom you have connected will validate your artilce. For the MAIN PAGE again for your article will be validated by Super Admin only Later if its has all the required Format of how to submit articles.

A - You Dont Need it, you choose what you want but may be your friend Blog is Very Popular among Downloader and doing this We are sure you will get more Downloads.

I must say first to read the rules before creating the blog and submitting the articles..
In this way when you follow the rules the articles fullfilling the requirement will be approved...
