Because of low power cunsumer the BGA idear will be good but bad for OC\custom users, OC failing and failing of cooler market. Limit the ideea of custum PC's in the future... and less work for guys like me... already start with tablets. PROFIT... CONTROL... QUICK MONEY... A TV IN AVERY ROOM... (you know the line...) sorry for my english!!!

Yeah, AMD have been waiting for Unintel to shoot themselves in the foot. This could be it.
I can not even imagine the reasoning behind this , Do they not make money from us Geeks upgrading our CPU's ?

BGA chips, excellent choice. It's worked impeccably in the X-Box, hasn't it? ... NOT!
