Now, if I choose to shake my head, I'm in control of my head action, but I'm not in control of my jowls and I'm not in control of my hair. One part started first and the loose parts followed. That's often called 'drag' or 'follow-through', because as I shook my head the hairs and jowls were following-through the main action.
