If you do that, then you are more stupid than the one who told you to do it ....
It was to good to be true !!! The Office 2010 is a great prog. , but without the activation, its no good.

"Generic" - it's mean Hack Tool. And Generic = KeyGen. So don't worry this is NOT are virus.

This is Hack Tool (or CRACK) - sure most of anti-virus software will notice about it like VIRUS. Simple OFF anti-virus software. Don't worry.

Any type program that modifies the registry or any file in the windows folder that has been reported to the antivirus companies that it is a virus (usually the people that make the software, like Microsoft or Adobe) will popup as a virus on your antivirus scanner to scare you into giving up and going out and buy the software online or at a store for a few hundred dollars. I just don't see the purpose of buying software when you might not use it but once or twice and then sit on your desktop as a icon that takes up space.
