In this tutorial series, we’re going to be looking at the techniques needed to model a human head. First, we’ll set up the primary edgeloops and then move on, piece by piece, from there. Upon completion, you should come away with some good strategies to model your own heads. Each video section is presented at a large resolution for your viewing. Alternatively, you may instant download any of the sections for a higher resolution video and the .blend file at the state of that particular tutorial.
This tutorial is taught with Blender, but the principles are recommended and can be used across multiple software packages. The focus is more on the structure and technique, vice program-specific features.
