I was getting install error 2738 when installing Palm Desktop on Vista, re-registering VBScript.dll fixed the problem.

Here are the steps:

1. Run a command prompt in administrator mode (Start/All Programs/Accessories/ right click on Command Prompt, select Run As Administrator)
2. type: cd %systemroot%\system32
3. type: regsvr32 vbscript.dll
Note, regsvr32, not regsrv32. You should see a dialog stating the registration succeeded.

If anyone is interested, this is the scan result of Patch.exe in this package.

it is english spanish voices and you can decide which of them you want to install,
and,working great for me thank you very much because sound much better with loquendo DIRECTORtts than other TTS application which i used with the same voices,and if you want other languages(loquendo) just need to find them and install and they are automaticaly finded by director TTS,
