dont want to sound like a noob I can play eruption with my toungue but am a noob at this kind of software so it acts like a pedal? I need some connection device to plug my guitar into the laptop ...or does it simulate a guitar that you can play using the mouse and clicking on notes and dials etc like one of the symph programs :)

Ok so what do I need to use this i have guitar laptop nearly NI Guitar Rig 4..its still d/loading now what? do i need adaptor to plug in my flying V into my laptop and then out via the laptop into my Marshall stack via the boss flanger and finaly through my dunlop jimi hedrix wah pedal :o

d3wd, therez a special GIFI (GI is for guitar) card made for laptops. but its made by fender an it wont work witd yer suckass gibson n marshmallow. yer SOL
